Eligibility:
The Family Selection Committee of Livingston County Habitat
for Humanity chooses homeowners based on their level of need,
their willingness to become partners in the program, and ability
to repay the low-cost mortgage. Families that are chosen must
complete 300 hours of "sweat equity" for singles and 500 hours
for two-adult families. LCHFH follows HUD income guidelines.
