Volunteers are the heart and backbone of Livingston County Habitat for Humanity. Year after year, they dedicate countless hours to ensure families have safe, affordable, and decent homes of their own. We couldn’t do any of this without them!
Construction volunteers come from all walks of life, from students to professional construction workers and tradespeople. Under the supervision of the site manager, volunteers can hammer nails, saw lumber, spackle and paint walls, you name it!
Committees – Joining a committee gives you a unique look into our organization while deepening Habitat’s reach in the community. Help us select future homeowners through the Family Selection Committee, partner with our Faith Committee to drive engagement, or drive community engagement through our Development Committee.
Provide lunch to our hardworking volunteers during work days. Crews vary in size from 5 to 15. Contact us for dates, times, and crew size that works with your schedule.
Provide support, information and mentorship to your Habitat partner family, empowering them through the home ownership process.
